摘要
患者女，69岁。外阴皮疹、瘙痒6年，糜烂1年，于2006年9月10日来我院就诊。6年前患者左侧外阴出现数个黄豆大结节，有瘙痒，近1年来瘙痒加重，搔抓后局部破溃，多次用药（具体用药不详）效果不佳，病灶进行性扩大。患者51岁绝经，1987年因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术。体格检查：全身浅表淋巴结未触及增大，心、肺及乳房未发现异常。
