空气不增湿条件下的PEMFC性能特性

Characteristic of PEMFC Performance under Air Un-humidification Condition

摘要 为了考察质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)在空气不增湿(20%相对湿度)条件下的性能特征,文章通过极化曲线的测试,考察了工作温度、空气过量系数、氢气过量系数以及氢气相对湿度对300WPEMFC电堆性能的影响。结果表明:在空气增湿不够的条件下,电堆温度过高将使电堆性能下降;空气过量系数越大,电堆欧姆极化越严重;氢气过量系数对电堆性能影响不大;随着氢气相对湿度的增大,电堆性能得到改善,输出功率得到提高。 In order to investigate the performance of PEMFC when air is under atmosphere humidity,polarization curve of a 300W PEMFC stack was tested under the conditions of different temperature, stoichiometry of air and hydrogen,relative humidity of hydrogen.Results showed that excessive temperature would downgrade the stack's performance.The higher the air stoichiometry was, the more serious of the ohm polarization of the stack was.Stoichiometry of hydrogen didn't influence the performance of the stack effectively.The performance of the stack is improved along with the increase of the relative humidity of hydrogen.
