支原体对大环内酯类抗生素耐药机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 支原体是能独立生活的最小原核细胞微生物,分支原体和脲原体2个属。按照遗传物质(G+C)%含量、基因组大小、培养时对胆甾体的需求以及其他生物学特性等的差异,支原体可分为肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)、人型支原体(Mycoplasma hominis,MH)、解脲脲原体(Ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)、生殖支原体(Mycoplasma genitalium,MG)、发酵支原体(Mycoplasma fermentans,MF)等100多种,其中前三者与人呼吸和泌尿生殖系统感染性疾病密切相关。治疗支原体感染有大环内酯、四环素和喹诺酮3大类抗生素,随着临床抗生素的广泛应用,支原体耐药菌株有增多的趋势。
