痹祺胶囊药理毒理回顾及安全性研究展望

Review of Biqi Capsulae in terms of Pharmacology,Toxicology and Prospects for Safety

痹祺胶囊主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、肩周炎、颈椎病等疾病,其疗效确切。但因其君药马钱子毒性较大,临床常有不良反应报道,从而影响该药的临床安全使用及国际准入。因此,急需开展有关痹祺胶囊安全性研究工作以制定国内、外公认的保证其质量和安全的控制标准。通过对痹祺胶囊近10年来药理、毒理学研究及临床应用情况进行回顾,分析痹祺胶囊安全性研究方面的难题,并据此提出相关预防措施,以期为痹祺胶囊安全使用提供参考。

Abstract： Biqi capsulae is for the treatment of rheumatic arthritis, rhermatoid arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical spondylopathy and so on,with definite effectiveness. It has been called in question on clinical safety, even not accepted by international market, due to toxical Semen Strychni as monarch drug which often induce adverse reaction. Study of safety of Biqi capsulae is therefore in urgent need to lay down generally accepted criterion of control and safety. In this article, we review the past 10 years works of pharmacology, toxicology and clinical application of Biqi capsulae, discuss questions in safety research, and raise precautionary measures in order to provide reference for its safety application.
