摘要 神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSCs)为阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)神经系统的损伤修复和治疗提供了一个崭新的手段,具有广阔的应用前景。NSCs治疗AD的目的是修复和替代受损的神经细胞,重建细胞环路和细胞功能,主要通过两种途径:内源性途径,即诱导内源性NSC增殖与分化;外源性途径,即直接替代缺损组织或植入基因工程细胞,使受损伤的中枢神经系统修复。NSCs给AD的治疗带来了希望,如何诱导脑内的内源性NSCs增殖并分化为神经元形成功能网络是今后AD治疗的重要研究方向。 Neural stem cells offers a promising way for impairment and recovery of nervous system. Therapy for Alzeimer's disease by neural stem cells has two pathways: intrinsic pathway and extrinsic pathway. Intrinsic pathway induces proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. Extrinsic pathway transplants neural stem cells or genetically engineered cell into injuried tissue. NSCs bring new insights for Alzheimer's disease therapy. To control proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells to set up neural functional network is an important rearch area for AD.
