妊娠合并急性阑尾炎病人的护理措施

目的探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点及护理方法。方法回顾性总结32例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点及护理措施。结果32例病人中，10例出现并发症，无1例死亡、流产及胎儿死亡，均痊愈出院。结论掌握妊娠合并阑尾炎的临床特点，严密观察病情变化，及时采取有效的护理措施，对减少并发症的发生具有重有意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic and nursing method of pregnancy merge acute appendicitis Methods Review clinical characteristic and nursing measure of 32 cases. Results In 32 cases, 10 cases appear the complication, no death, miscarriage and embryo death occured. All cases were cured. Conclusion It is very important for reducing the occurence of complication to grasp the characteristic of pregnancy and grasp the appendicitis, the condition change strictly and take effective nursing measures.
