摘要
以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用毛细管区带电泳,运行电压20 kV,运行缓冲液为40 mmol/L硼砂(pH=9.0),建立了槐米的指纹图谱.槐米指纹图谱中,共有峰的相对迁移时间的相对标准偏差小于1.3%,共有峰中单峰面积超过10%总峰面积的色谱峰一个,各批次的相对峰面积比值相对标准偏差小于6.0%,满足建立中药指纹图谱的要求.高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱法可作为槐米药材的质量控制的一种方法.
The fingerprint spectrum of Flos sophorae Buds was established with methanol as the extraction solvent in high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) with an applied voltage of 20 kV and a buffer concentration of 40 mmol/L borate (pH=9.0). The RSD of the relative migration time of the co-peak was below 1.3%. The RSD of the peak area above 10% of the total peak area was below 6.0%. These pa-rameters meet the requirements for the setting-up of fingerprints of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There-fore, HPCE can be used as an effective method for quality control of Flos sophorae Buds.
