摘要
选用2,3-二巯基乙二酸(DMSA)通过S-Au键修饰到金电极表面形成DMSA自组装单分子膜修饰金电极(DMSA/Au),探讨了该修饰电极的电化学性质.在pH 5.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对抗坏血酸的电化学氧化具有很好的催化活性,氧化峰电流与其浓度在3.98×10^-6~2.56×10^-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为I(μA)=6.3991c(c:mmol/L)+0.502 2,相关系数r=0.998,检出限为2.01×10^-6mol/L.该方法可用于药品中抗坏血酸的分析.
Meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) modified Au electrode by S-Au bond to form self-assembled monolayer is investigated, and the electrochemical properties of the modified electrode is discussed. The modified electrode shows a good electrochemically catalytic activity for the oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA). The catalytic current of AA versus its concentration has a good linearity in the range of 3.98×10^-6—2.56×10^-3 mol/L, with a detection limit of 2. 01×10^-6 mol/L. This method can be applied to the determination of AA in medicine samples.
