绿豆象西昌种群和沈阳种群的杂交研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过对来自四川西昌和辽宁沈阳的绿豆象两地理种群杂交试验,对比研究了杂交1代(F1)和亲本的产卵量、发育历期、孵化率、豆内存活率和成虫体质量等生物学特性.结果表明:绿豆象西昌种群在黄豆中能正常生长发育繁殖,沈阳种群几乎不能在黄豆中存活,杂交1代适应程度增强,可以在黄豆中完成生活史,并能对黄豆造成危害;两地理种群虽然取食上有很大的差异,但它们的遗传趋异程度并不高,在生殖上完全亲和. Egg production, development duration, egg hatching rate, adult emergence rate and weight of adults of the F1s and their parents were studied through the hybridization between Xichang population and Shenyang population of Callosobruchus chinensis. The results showed that the Xichang population could normally develop and reproduce when fed on soybean, and the Shenyang population could not survive in soybean, while the Fls could survive and complete their life cycle and thus caused harm to the stored soybean. The adaptability of F1 was enhanced. Although the two geographic populations took different foods in different regions, they showed low genetic divergence and remained reproductively compatible, and no reproductive isolation existed.
