2007年1～11月仪器仪表和文化办公设备多数产品出口快速增长,各主要产品进口有增有降。政策调整将对仪器仪表和文化办公设备进出口产生影响。多数产品出口退税率为13%。国内投资项目中88种仪器仪表和51种文化办公设备进口不予免税。国家鼓励进口8种仪器仪表。重大技术装备关键件进口实行先征税后返回优惠政策。积极创造条件,开展国际化经营。

Most of instrumentation and office equipment has rapid growth in export between January to November in 2007. The main products imported increases and decreases. Policies adjustments will affect the import and export. The export tax rebate rate of most of products is 13%. 88 kinds of inSmmlents and 51 kinds of office equipment in domestic investment projects are refused for duty-flee. The state encourages imports 8 kinds of instrumentation. Major key pieces of technology and equipment imports adopt the policy of return after levy, actively create conditions to carry out international operations.
