摘要
绍兴世贸中心22-24层之间连廊为钢结构桁架体系,安装时采用整体吊装提升技术。整体提升过程中,由于各个吊点提升不同步,使结构产生附加内力,从而带来吊装过程结构强度和整体稳定不足的问题。采用MIDAS有限元分析软件模拟分析提升过程中,吊点提升不同步而引起结构的内力变化,提出了安全施工吊点最大位移差控制准则,为现场施工及监测提供指导。
Steel truss gallery of Shaoxing World Trade Center 22 - 24 floors is lifted by integral hoisting technology. Because of unsynchronized lifting additional internal force is caused. Structural strength and whole stability are lacking during lifting. Internal force change during lifting process is simulated and analyzed by MIDAS software. Control standards of displacement difference are proposed for safe constructing hoisting point to offer guidance for field construction and monitoring.
