摘要
为提高船舶分段建造效率,提出了适合于大中型造船厂的柔性胎架设计方法。较详细地介绍了柔性胎架的设计方案,分析了相对于传统模板胎架和管式活动胎架的优越性,阐述了生成柔性胎架的关键技术,即从船体型值信息到柔性胎架坐标信息的转换过程。研究成果对提高船舶建造速度及精度,降低成本,具有较大的现实意义和理论价值。
In this paper, new equipment-flexible bracket useful for large-scale and moderate ship building industry is presented to improve the efficiency of ship building. The article not only gives a comparative detailed description about the method of design of flexible bracket, but also analyze its innovation and advantages compared with conventional moulding board bracket. Then the latter of this paper describes the key technology, that is the conversion from lines plan of hull to information of flexible bracket. The result of this research has deep realistic meaning and theories value on improving it's speed and precision and reducing it's cost.
