摘要 收集成年绵羊卵巢标本,采用免疫组织化学的方法检测EGFR蛋白在绵羊卵巢组织中的表达情况。研究结果表明,在绵羊卵巢中EGFR蛋白的表达具有时空特异性,它集中分布在发育各阶段的卵泡颗粒细胞中,并随卵泡的发育程度表现出表达量的差异。本研究说明EGFR与其配体EGF结合具有刺激颗粒细胞增殖分化、促进卵丘扩展和刺激卵母细胞成熟的功能。 Adult sheep ovarian specimens were collected and EGFR protein expression in sheep ovarian organizations was detected by the Immunochistochemistry detection methods. In sheep ovarian expression of EGFR protein specificity of time and space,it mainly in the developmental stage Granulosa cell, and with the development of follicle demonstrated expression of differences. The study found EGFR and EGF could stimulate distribution follicle cell divide and stimulate oocyte maturation.
