摘要
要对企业中的干部做出系统全面的评价,就必须有一套完整、科学、全面的综合评价指标体系。为了有效的评价干部,选择了德、能、勤、绩四个方面作为一级指标,并在此基础上进一步分析确定二级指标因素,提出一套国有及国有控股企业干部绩效考核方案并基于PROMETHEE-Ⅱ的实证分析。
A systematic and comprehensive evaluation of managers requires a set of completes scientific and comprehensive system of evaluation indicators. To effectively assess managers , four first - tier indicators are chosen , i.e. virtue , competence diligence and performances and second - tier indicators are further analyzed and identified. An evaluation scheme for managers at state - owned and state - controlled enterprises and an empirical analysis based on PROMETHEE - Ⅱ are put forward.
