摘要
用1D和2D NMR技术对碳青霉烯药物亚胺培南的两种顺反异构体进行了结构表征,并对其1H、13C核磁谱的化学位移进行了全面的归属.根据1H、13C核磁图谱的解析,结合二维谱,分析确定了亚胺培南在溶液状态下顺反异构体比例为6:4(顺式:反式),从而为药物合成及质量控制提供了重要的参考价值.
Imipenem belongs to the family of carbapenem antibiotics. It is widely used in clinic, due to its broad-spectrum antivirus capability. Imipenem has two cis-anti isomers. In this article, the two isomers of imipenem were characterized by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. ^1H and ^13C NMR chemical shifts of the isomers were assigned. The cis-anti ratio of imipenem isomers in solution was measured to be about 6 : 4. The results obtained in this study can provide a guidance for pharmaceutical synthesis and quality control of imipenem.
