摘要
采用1H NMR,13C NMR,DEPT,1H-1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC等多种核磁共振分析方法,确证了溴化1-[3α,17β-二乙酰氧基-2β-(1-哌啶基)-5α-雄甾烷-16β-基]-1-乙腈基哌啶的结构,对它的1H和13C NMR谱信号进行了归属和详细分析,为其结构鉴定提供了依据.
The molecular structure of a novel androstan derivative was elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, DEPT, ^1H-^1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC. The ^1H and ^13C chemical shifts of the compound were assigned. The structure of the compound was determined to be 1-[3α, 17β-diacetyloxy-2β(1-piperdinly)-5α- androstan- 16β-yl-]-1-acetonitrily piperdinium bromide.
