摘要
目的:观察Ⅲ类矫形力对猴下颌髁突软骨的组织学改建情况。方法:选取青春生长发育期的雄性恒河猴6只,随机分为1.5月组和3月组。实验组每组2只,对照组每组1只。实验组戴用Ⅲ类铸造式磁力矫治器,对照组不戴。取下颌髁突软骨进行组织学结构观察,运用图像分析法观察软骨各层厚度变化。结果:在颌间Ⅲ类矫形磁力作用下,猴髁突软骨的组织形态发生了改变。前斜面增殖层和前肥厚层增厚,3月组肥厚层增厚,出现增生效应。髁突的后斜面增殖层、前肥厚层变薄,月组肥厚层亦变薄,出现受压抑制效应,但无病理性损害。结论:①适当的颌间Ⅲ类矫形力使恒3河猴髁突软骨进行活跃的生理改建;②提示临床选择合适的矫形力与加力的方向十分重要。
Objective: To investigate the histologic changes of monkeys' condylar condrocytes under the effect of class Ⅲ orthepedic force. Method: select 6 male pubescent monkeys,and divide into 1.5 month groups and 3 month groups at random. There are 2 monkeys in each test groups and 1 monkey in each control group. And the monkeys in experiment groups wear the Class Ⅲ cast-type magnetic appliance while the monkeys in the control group did not..The condylar cartilage was studied by means of histologic observation and image anlysis was used to observed the thickness of different zones of cartilage. Result: There were some histogic changes of monkeys' condylar condrocytes occur under the effects of class Ⅲ orthepedic force.The muhiplicative and the prehypertrophic zones of anterior portion became thick and hypertrophic zones of 3 month also become thick.The anterior portion presented a hyperplastic reaction. The muhiplicative and the prehypertrophic zones of posterior portion thinned and hypertrophic zones of 3 month also became thinned.The posterior portion presented a inhibited reaction under pression.No pathologic lesion was found. Conclusion: 1)Under the effects of class Ⅲ orthopedic force, the condyle undergoing active biological restruture: 2)The study indicates that it is very important to select appropiate orthepedic force and the directiion in clinical application.
