论医院技术协作群的构建

On the building of hospital communities of technical cooperation

医院技术建设要实现大突破，必须进行大协作。近几年来，我们围绕建立医院技术协作群这一协作模式进行了实践。笔者对建立医院技术协作群的基本概念、基本构建形式和基本实施步骤进行了阐述。医院技术协作群就是以医院为主体，以临床医疗、人才培养和医学科研为主要内容，以科间协作、院际协作、院所协作和院校协作为主要手段，集技术协作组、协作中心和协作网络为一体的协作群体。其基本的实施步骤包括协作课题的选择与论证、协作对象的选择、组建、运作和考评。要确保医院技术协作群的正常运转必须明确目标，选准突破口，提供强有力的支撑条件，同时应注意加强协调。

A big breakthrough should be made in hospital technical cooperation through a greater degree of cooperation. An experiment has been carried out on the establishment of such communities. An illustration of their basic ideas, forms and operational steps is here put forward. The main body of such a community is the hospitals. Its main business is the provision of clinical medical research and its main effort is interdepartment, inter hospital, hospital institute and hospital school cooperation. It is a conglomeration of cooperative groups, centers and networks. Its operational program includes the selection and demonstration of joint research projects and the selection, organization and evaluation of working partners. To insure the normal operation and success of the communities, the targets of breakthrough must be well fixed, full support provided and the intensification of coordination paid special attention to.
