摘要 目的为进一步开发燕麦β-葡聚糖的应用价值,研究燕麦β-葡聚糖对小鼠体内的免疫调节作用。方法用0.07、0.14、0.42g/kg.bw剂量的燕麦β-葡聚糖给小鼠灌胃30d,观察其对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果燕麦β-葡聚糖高剂量组能提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数;低、中、高剂量组能提高淋巴细胞转化能力;低、中、高剂量组能提高NK细胞活性。结论燕麦β-葡聚糖能提高机体的免疫功能,是一种很好的非特异性免疫激活剂。 Objective To explore the immunomodulation effect of oat β - glucan in mice, and to further develop the application values of oat β - glucan. Methods The effects of oat β - glucan on the immune system were studied by the number of hemolysis void spot in mice, the T lymphocyte proliferation and the activities of NK cells were monitored after 30 - day gastric feeding of the oat β- glucan at the doses of 0.07, 0.14, and 0.42 g/kg· bw. Results The number of hemolysis void spot, the proliferation of spleen T lymphocytes and the activity of NK cells were significantly increased at different doses of oat β- glucan (P〈 0.05), respectively. Conclusion The results demonstrated that oat β- glucan can increase the organic immune function and is a good nonspecific immunity activator.
