摘要
目的观察生存素(Survivin)在原发性骨淋巴瘤中的表达及其与细胞增殖和微血管密度的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测30例原发性骨淋巴瘤Survivin、ki-67和CD34的表达,并以CD34标记肿瘤微血管,在显微镜下计数微血管密度。结果Survivin在原发性骨淋巴瘤阳性表达率为100%,在不同表达强度中,Survivin在不同的发病年龄组和性别组间差异不明显(P>0.05),而在免疫分型和不同的分化程度组内差异显著(P<0.05);Survivin表达与ki-67的LI和MVD均呈正相关,ki-67的LI和MVD都随Survivin表达强度的增强而升高,三个等级组之间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论Survivin在原发性骨淋巴瘤中高表达,在原发性骨淋巴瘤的发生发展中起重要作用,与细胞增殖活性和血管生成有关。
Objective To study the expression of survivin and its correlation with cell proliferation and microvessel density in primary lymphoma of bone. Methods Survivin, ki - 57 and CD34 of 30 patients with primary lymphoma of bone were detected by using immunohistochemistry S- P method, and counting of microvessel density (MVD) was determined by CD34 staining. Results The positive rate of survivin was 100%. In different expression levels, the expression of survivin showed no statistically significant difference between age and sex groups (P 〉0.05), but it was related with immunophenotype and histological grade (P〈 0.05). Labling index of ki- 57 and microvessel density were positively correlated with the expression of survivin. With the enhanced expression of survivin, expression levels of labling index of ki- 57 and microvessel density were increased too. The three grade groups showed significant differences (P〈 0.05). Conclusions Survivin increases in primary lymphoma of bone, plays an important rple in development and progression of primary lymphoma of bone, and is related to cell proliferation and angiopoiesis.
