摘要
目的了解本次食物中毒原因。方法对中毒人群进行流行病学调查,对现场进行卫生学调查,采集可疑中毒的剩余食物标本及中毒者的肛拭子标本,按照《传染病和食物中毒诊断标准汇编》方法检验。结果从剩余食物和肛拭子标本中分离到变形杆菌。结论加强生产厂家、销售单位及广大市民的食品卫生安全知识和法制道德教育,加强监督力度,防止食物中毒的发生。
Objective To explore the pathogenic agent for an outbreak of food poisoning. Methods Epidemiological survey was performed on the poisoned persons and a site hygienic investigation was conducted. According to "Diagnostic Standards of Infectious Diseases and Food Poisoning", suspect leftover and anal swabs were collected for the pathogenic agent testing. Result Bacillus proteus was detected in the suspect leftover and anal swabs. Conclusion Sanitary surveillance and education for food hygiene security, legal system and moral should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of food poisoning.
