耳鼻喉科401例急诊入院病历调查分析

An investigative analysis of 401 emergency patients' medical records in the otolaryngology department

为了解耳鼻喉科急诊就诊规律和提高其急诊医疗质量，我们分析了４０１例急诊入院病历。结果是：①急诊入院病人中男∶女为１．５∶１。②高发年龄组为４０～５０岁年龄组。③春夏季为高发季节。④急诊入院的突聋患者在发病后７天内就诊的治愈率达５０．１％，超过８天后就诊的治愈率仅为２１．２％。⑤急诊入院病人中５．１％的患者在其它医院或其它科室就诊时未能获得及时确诊与治疗。提示医院领导应重视耳鼻喉科建设。

In order to find out the regularities of emergency visits in the department of otolaryngology and improve the medical quality, an analysis is made of the medical records of 401 emergency patients. It is found that from Jan.1, 1994 to Dec. 31, 1996, the ratio of male and female patients is 1.5 to 1. The high incidence age is 40 to 50. The peak seasons are spring and summer. The recovering rate for cases of idiopethic deafness is 5.1% after 7 day's treatment. About 5.1% of the patients did not receive exact diagnosis and proper treatment before coming to the hospital. It is suggested that the hospital leadership should pay special attention to the development of the otolaryngology department.
