医院药品管理面临的问题及我院的对策

The problems faced by hospital drug control and our solutions

医药市场的改革，促进了药品生产经营部门的激烈竞争，也给医院药品管理带来了新问题。主要表现为药品购销中的回扣形式多样化，假、伪、劣药品生产仍甚，药费增高加重了患者的负担。以此反映出现行药品管理体制和模式不适应医药市场的新形势。因此，我院及药剂科加强对药品管理的领导，增强药品管理法规意识，严格药品购进制度，医院药品经营统一归口药剂科，坚持药品主渠道进货，强化自制制剂的质量管理，把药品管理纳入法制轨道。

The drug market reform triggers off sharp competition between drug dealers and producers and brings new problems to the hospital drug control, which mainly arise from mulitifarious forms of kickbacks paid by the sellers to the buyers. Phoney and defective drugs are still rampant on the market. The drug price hikes eventually harms the patients by heavier financial burdens. All this shows that the old drug control system no longer fits the new circumstances of the drngmarket. The hospital administration and thedrug department in particular should intensify the leadership of drug control, the legal sense of drug control, the strict distribution system in which the purchase of drugs will only be allowed to hospital drug department. The quality control of hospital made drugs will also be tightened and the overall drug control put into the legal orbit.
