苦参水煎液中铜的含量测定

摘要 目的测定苦参水煎液中微量元素铜的含量。方法采用分光光度法测定,并与火焰原子吸收光谱法进行对比。结果两种方法的测定结果吻合,平均回收率分别为95.2%和101.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.82%和1.18%。结论分光光度法测定结果可靠,操作方法简便,适用范围广,可用于实际样品的测定。 Objective To determine the content of trace elements of copper in the water decocted solution of Kushen. Methods The determination was performed by spectrophotometry, and compared with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Resuits The average recovery rate with standard addition mode of these two methods were 95.2% and 101.6, and the relative - standard deviations for the determination were 1.82% and 1.18%. Conclusion The method of spectrophotometry is simple and reliable. It can be used for the determination of practical samples.
