摘要
目的优选桔梗蜜炙的最佳工艺。方法高效液相法比较桔梗皂苷D含量,正交实验设计法优选工艺。结果桔梗蜜炙工艺为A1B3C1D1,即15%的炼蜜,用炼蜜1/3量的水稀释后拌匀,80℃烘1 h至干燥。结论优选的蜜炙工艺简便、稳定。
Objective To optimize honey processing technology of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC. Methods The content of Platycodin D of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC was determined by HPLC, and the oplional honey processing technology was selected by orthogonal experiment design. Results The optimal honey processing technology of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC is A1 B3 C1 D1, that is to say:15% refined honey, the proportion of distilled water and refined honey is 1/3, then use these distilled water to dilute the refined honney, and mixes them together, bakes 1 h in 80℃. Conclusions This honey processing technology of Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC is simple, convenient and quite stable.
