银杏叶提取物对大鼠高脂性脂肪肝的实验观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的通过对大鼠高脂酒精脂肪肝的肝组织学观察及血清学检测,为银杏叶提取物防治脂肪肝提供科学的理论依据。方法用高脂饲料加低浓度酒精喂食SD雄性大鼠复制成脂肪肝模型。分为6组:正常组:普通饲料+生理盐水;模型组:高脂饲料+38%酒精;阳性药物对照组:高脂饲料+38%酒精+绞股蓝总苷胶囊;治疗组:高脂饲料+38%酒精+银杏叶片(高,中,低剂量)。结果6周后观察肝组织病理切片及血清学指标,可见肝组织及胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等各组治疗后均与模型组有差别(P<0.05),与正常对照组无差别(P>0.05);银杏叶高、中、低剂量组间比较无差别(P>0.05)。结论通过建立符合人们饮食习惯的脂肪肝模型,说明银杏叶提取物治疗脂肪肝效果好。 Objective To study the effect of Ginkgo leaf extract on the rats with hyperlipidemia fat liver. Methods Fatty liver model was established by feeding SD male rats with hyperlipidemia feed plus low concentration of alcohol. The rats were divided into six groups: normal group, fed with usual feed plus physiological saline, Model group, fed with hyperlipidemia feed plus 38 percent of alcohol. Control group with positive medicine, fed with hyperlipidemia feed plus 38 percent of alcohol and capsule of Jiaogulanzongdai. Treatment groups, fed hyperlipidemia feed plus 38 percent of alcohol and Ginkgo Leaf Tablets ( with high, medium and low dosages). Results Six weeks after treatment, pathological section of liver tissue and serum indexes were observed in each group. As a result, it was found that there was obvious difference between model group and the other groups in liver tissue, cholesterol, CHO, TG, HDL, ALT, AST, and so on. (p 〈0.05). There was no difference between the normal group and the other groups (p 〉 0.05 ). There was also no difference in the groups with different dosages of Ginkgo Leaf Tablets (p 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Ginkgo leaf extract has a protective effect on hyperlipidemia fat liver.
