摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定祖卡木颗粒中罂粟碱的含量。方法使用DIKMA C8色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-1%三乙胺-1%乙酸铵(40:20:1:39)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长为240nm。结果罂粟碱在0.0198~0.396μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.5%。结论该法灵敏、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可以作为祖卡木颗粒的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining papaverine in Zukamu Granules. Methods The separation was carried out on DIKMA Cs column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was carbinol - acetonitrile - 1% triethylamine - 1% ammonium acetate (40: 20: 1: 39)with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. Results Papaverine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0198 - 0. 396μg( r = 0. 999 9) and the average recovery was 99.6% , RSD wasl. 5%. Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate, specific and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of Zukamu Granules.
