摘要
目的研究首乌藤超微饮片的指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为大连依利特公司Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)。流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 m l/m in,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为20μl。结果初步建立了首乌藤超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了9个共有指纹峰。结论利用首乌藤超微饮片高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱可以较好地反映首乌藤超微饮片的内在质量。
Objective To determine the HPLC fingerprint of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori. Methods Chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS C18 (4.6 mm × 200 mm ,5μm). Mobile phase was acetonitrile - 1% glacial acetic acid in water. Column temperature was 35℃, the Flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the sample size was 20μl. Results The fingerprint of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori was established and 9 common peaks were in the fingerprint. Conclusion The method and data can be used to control the quality of the caulis polygoni multiflori.
