反相高效液相色谱法测定地榆中金丝桃苷的含量

Determination of Hyperoside in Sanguisorba officinalis by RP-HPLC

目的建立地榆中金丝桃苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC测定，C18柱，流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸溶液（46：54），用三乙胺调pH至3．0，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长370nm；供试品溶液的制备采用甲醇超声提取。结果测定了不同产地不同批次的地榆药材，金丝桃苷质量分数在0．052％～0．291％。结论该方法灵敏快速，准确可靠，可用于地榆的质量控制。

Objective To establish a determination method of hyperoside in Sanguisorba officinalis. Methods RP - HPLC analytical method was established on a Polaris Clscolumn with Methanol -0.2% H3PO4 solution（46：54） as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 , and the detection wavelength was 370 nm. The method of sample was ultrasonic wave withdraws by Methanol, Results The content of hyperoside was from 0. 052-0, 291% in different groups of S, officinalis collected from the different locations. Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the quality of Sanguisorba officinalis.
