摘要 目的探讨大白栓菌的人工大规模培养条件。方法采用正交实验设计筛选大白栓菌的固体及液体培养条件。结果固体培养基的最佳配方为栗木屑含量70 g,玉米粉含量35 g,石膏含量2 g,白糖含量1 g;大白栓菌液体培养的最佳条件是玉米粉4.2 g/100 ml,栗木汁5.0 g/100 ml,溶氧条件为静置培养。结论大白栓菌可以采用人工大规模培养,为进一步开发利用创造了条件。 Objective To investigate the artificial rearing condition of Trametes lactinea (Berk.)Pat. Method The orthogonal design was used to select the conditions of solid and liquid culture. Result The best formula of the solid culture medium was ascertained to be castanea spp particle contents 70 g, corn flour contents 35, gypse contents 2 g, white sugar contents 1 g; the best formula of the liquid culture medium have been ascertained to be corn flour 4.2 g/100ml , castanea spp juice 5 g/100ml, dissolve for oxygen condition static culture, not being put into rocking bed, Conclusion The artificial rearing condition is applicable to the large - scale culture of Trametes lactinea ( Berk, ) Pat, which would provide some conditions for further development,
