大白栓菌的人工培养条件优化

目的探讨大白栓菌的人工大规模培养条件。方法采用正交实验设计筛选大白栓菌的固体及液体培养条件。结果固体培养基的最佳配方为栗木屑含量70 g,玉米粉含量35 g,石膏含量2 g,白糖含量1 g;大白栓菌液体培养的最佳条件是玉米粉4.2 g/100 ml,栗木汁5.0 g/100 ml,溶氧条件为静置培养。结论大白栓菌可以采用人工大规模培养,为进一步开发利用创造了条件。
