摘要
目的优选杏花精油的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验,以提取杏花精油的质量为指标,对杏花外观的完整性、浸泡时间、提取时间及加水量进行优选研究。结果在所考察因素中,杏花精油的最佳提取工艺是A3B1C1D3。结论优选所得工艺稳定可行。
Objective To explore an optimum extraction technology of essential oil from Apricot flower . Methods Orthogonal design was carried out to find the optimum extraction technology by detecting the extracting weight, the breaking - up degree of the flower , soaking time , extracting time and adding water. Results The optimum extraction technology is A3 B1C1D3. Conclusion The optimal technology is stable and feasible .
