摘要
采用一阶导数分光光度法测定维甲酸霜的含量，可消除基质的干扰。维甲酸的平均回收率为１００．０％，ＲＳＤ为１．１７％（ｎ＝６）。
The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the tretinoin in cream. The absolute value of amplitude at 387 nm was linear with the concentration in the range of 2～6 μg/ml ( r =0.9999). The average recovery and RSD were 100.0% and 1.17%, respectively.
