磺氨酸催化的二苯甲醇的胺化反应
Sulfamic acid-catalyzed direct amidation of benzhydryl alcohol
摘要
加热条件下磺氨酸可以催化磺酰胺和酰胺类化合物与二苯甲醇的取代反应,生成新的取代胺类化合物.磺氨酸具有廉价、稳定、环境友好等特点.
SA (sulfamic acid) catalyzed the amidation of benzhydryl alcohol in good to excellent yields under solvent-free condition. SA is cheaper,more stable and more environment benign than those previously used catalysts for the similar reactions.
