Effect of Inorganic Negative Ions on Activity of Two Kinds of Amylases

分别讨论了F-、I-、SO2-4、SO2-3对α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活力的影响。结果表明,F-和I-对α-淀粉酶活力表现为明显的抑制作用,对β-淀粉酶活性影响不大;SO2-4对两种酶活力的影响较小;SO2-3对两种酶活力的抑制作用强。

Effects of F^- ,I^- ,SO4^2- and SO3^2- on activity of α-amylase and β-amylase were discussed in this paper. The results show that F^- and I^- are inhibitors to α-amylase and exert little impact on activity of β-amylase. SO4^2- has little effect on activity of two kinds of amylases. SO3^2- is an inhibitor to two kinds of amylases.
