摘要
基础选型是基础设计的前提,在建筑物的结构设计中至关重要,对建筑物的结构安全、工程造价、施工工期有举足轻重的影响。结合某高校工程实例,在场地条件复杂、工期紧张的情况下,综合考虑质量与工期、质量与安全、质量与成本、质量与效益,在确保技术安全的前提下,强调目标工期的重要性,经过方案对比分析,选定了合理的基础型式和合适的持力层,实践表明,效果良好,可供同类工程参考。
The selection of foundation types is the base for foundation design, It is very important in structural design, and it has big influence over the structural safety of the building, constuction cost and construction period.Taking into consideration the complex ground condition, lack of hydroelectricity and epitonus construction period,quality and period , quality and safety, quality and cost, quality and benefit of one engineering project in a college, a reasonable pile foundation type and proper bearing stratum have been chosen and turned out to be effective and a good reference for similar engineering.
