介绍了聚焦物流理论,探讨了实施聚焦物流的技术基础,从保障体系、运输能力建设、军地一体化方面对美军聚焦物流的保障实践进行了研究,为我军物流发展提供了有益的参考。最后,结合我军实际情况,对我军实施聚焦物流的关键环节提出了建议。

This paper introduces the theory of foucus logistics, and discusses the technical foundation of implementing focus logistics; It researches the USA focus logistics experience of logistics system, transportation capacity construction and incorporation. And it also intends to provide meaningful reference proposals for the development of our military logistics. Lastly, combining with military conditions, it gives advice for the development of our military focus logistics.
