摘要
目的:了解军队干休所高血压用药情况,探讨其合理性和存在的问题。方法:采用问卷调查的形式,抽查了18家军队干休所的高血压发病情况及药物降压治疗情况。结果:18家军队干休所不合理使用抗高血压药占4.7%,干休所老干部高血压控制率达89.9%,老干部对高血压用药满意率达95.3%。结论:干休所老干部药物降压效果尚可,军队和地方老干部在高血压用药上仍有一定的差距。
Objective：To investigate the use of antihypertensive drugs in military convalescent homes and evaluate the rationality of drug use. Methods： The hypertensive morbidity and the utilization of antihypertensive drugs were surveyed by questionnaires. Results：The rate of unreasonable use of antihypertensive drugs was 4.7% in 18 military convalescent homes. Blood pressure control rate was 89.9% and satisfactory rate was 95.3%. Conclusion：The efficacy of antihypertensive drugs is pretty good in military convalescent homes. There are differences in utilization of antihypertensive drugs between military and locality cadres.
