摘要
通过对黑龙江省各地区人力资本及其结构的数据进行估算和评价,揭示黑龙江省各地区人力资本的平均水平、地区分布与黑龙江省经济增长的数量关系。在方法上,采取将黑龙江省各地区人力资本基尼系数放入模型,进行面板分析的方法。
Through estimating and evaluating the data of human capital and its structure in all regions of Heilongjiang province, this paper reveals the relation bewteen the average level, regional distribution and the quantity of economic growth in Heilongjiang province. It takes the method of adding the geordie coefficient of human capital in all regions of Heilongjiang province to model and doing a panel analysis.
