吉林省普通高校高水平运动队现状与发展对策

The Present Condition and Development Countermeasures of College High Level Sports Teams in Jilin Province

采用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈的研究方法,对吉林省7所普通高校高水平运动队的现状进行了调查和分析,得出以下结论:吉林省普通高校高水平运动队的项目布局不合理;生源水平偏低;经费欠缺,场地、器材落后;教练员指导高水平运动员训练的经验少、积极性不高;运动员入校后的管理和后勤保障有待完善。并提出了吉林省普通高校高水平运动队的发展对策。

With the methods of documentary,, investigation and expert interview, this paper carried on the investigation and analysis to the present situation of high level sports teams in 7 colleges of Jilin Province, and it drew following conclusion： the project layout of college high level sports teams in Jilin Province is unreasonable; the level of student source is low; the location and equipment are backward caused by insufficient funds;the experience of trainer instructing high level athletes is few, and the emthusiasm of them is not high;the management and logistics support of colleges after athletes etering wait for consumnrating. At last, it proposed several countermeasures on the development of college high level sports teams in Jilin Province.
