The agricultural land ownership and management system is the social form on which the agricultural production rely to operate and develop. Certain agricultural land system relates with certain development level of productive forces and operating effeciency. Different land ounership leads different interest and different action in product ; while different ownership bring different disposal of resources. There is a close relationship between the agricultural land management system and the operating effectiveness of agricultural land.
