摘要
由于西进运动能在更短的时间内,给予参与其中的成员更多的发展机会、更平等的公民待遇以及更为丰厚的收入预期,这无疑在社会心理层面上加速了传统学徒制的衰亡。从社会心理层面思考殖民地传统工场学徒制向学校形态职业技术教育制度变迁的原因,可以避免单纯从政治、经济、法律等角度考虑问题时的偏颇和疏漏,使一些非正式的制度因素从幕后走向前台,真正揭示制度变迁问题丰富的内涵。
When studying on the cause of transformation of colonial apprenticeship to school vocational and technical education, many scholars used to think the industrial revolution disrupting the economic foundation of apprenticeship. They often neglect the overthrow of American Westward Movement to traditional apprenticeship from the perspective of social psychology. This paper not only remedies the flaws, but also reminds us to pay more attention to the informal institutes to the institution changes.
