摘要
规则从一开始就是人文关怀的产物,然而在幼儿园班级这个场域中,幼儿却生活在缺乏人文关怀的规则之下,具体表现为规则制定中幼儿的被动地位、规则缺乏合乎个体发展的变通性、规则的超乎常态以及规则执行中的威吓、限制与剥夺。这一切会导致幼儿的发展出现异化,产生众多的失败者、反规则者以及谄媚者。为改变这种现状,教师需要调整规则的价值取向、简化规则、让幼儿参与规则的制定、建构激励探索行为的规则并杜绝规则执行中的恐吓行为。
Rules are the outcome of the humanistic solicitude from the very beginning. However, in the circumstance of kindergarten classes, children live in an environment that is deficient of humanistic solici-tude. Especially the rules that stipulated by most kindergartens often place the children in a passive position. The rules are not flexible for children to fully develop. The execution of rules tends to be threatening, restrictive and of deprivation. All these can easily induce the dissimilation for children's development and produce so much failure, counteraction against the rules and toadeater lacquey. In order to change this situation, teachers should readjust the value-orientation, simplify the rules, involve the children's partici-pation in the process of stipulating the rules, establish the rules that inspire the children to explore and put an end to the threatening in the implication of the rules.
