摘要
知识经济时代的来临,人的因素越来越成为企业实现自身战略目标的关键。在人力资源的开发、利用和管理过程中,首先要解决的是人力资源价值评估问题,而人力资源的价值评估问题的解决必须建立在对人力资源价值影响因素分析的基础上。本文通过问卷调查方式获得研究所需数据,对其进行实证分析,提出影响人力资源价值的六大因子分别是:劳动者的基本素质因子、组织管理能力因子、适应环境因子、工作态度因子、生理因子和工资收入因子。
With information economy age is coming, human resource has been an important factor that enterprise wants to realize its strategic goal. In this process of exploitation, using and management of human resource, what we will first solve is the measure problem of human resource value (HRV). Yet, it must be established on the foundation of analyzing the influencing factors of HRV. Through questionnaire survey, we have collected much useful data which would be analyzed in this essay. Six factors have been defined as influencing factors of HRV , which are basic quality of workers, capability of organization and management, capability of suiting environment, working attitude, physiology factor and workers' s wages.
