离子色谱法测定银杏叶中无机阴离子 被引量:4

摘要 应用离子色谱法测定了银杏叶中6种无机阴离子(F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,PO4^3-,NO3^-及SO4^2-),测定中采用了Y5AB-8041A型阴离子分离柱及电导检测器,用含有5.0 mol·L^-1碳酸钠溶液及5.4 mmol·L^-1碳酸氢钠溶液的混合液作为洗脱液,以1.5 mL·min^-1的流速通过分离柱。6种阴离子的峰高值与浓度值在一定范围内呈线性关系,其相关系数在0.999 1-0.999 7之间。测得6种阴离子的检出限(以μg·L^-1表示)依次为2.75,4.71,9.43,11.1,30.0及22.4。用含6种阴离子的混合标准溶液,连续测定5次,检测方法的精密度,算得其相对标准偏差≤0.94%。用标准加入法测定了方法的回收率,测得结果在96.4%-102.3%之间。 Six inorganic anions (F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,PO4^3-,NO3^- and SO4^2-) in folia gingko were determined by ion-chromatography. An anion separation column of the model YSAB-8041A and conductivity detector were used in the determination. A mixed solution containing 5. 0 mmol·^ L^-1 Na2 CO3 and 5. 4 mmol·L^-1 NaHCO3 solutions was used as eluant, passing through the column at a flow-rate of 1.5 mL·min^-1. Linear relationships between values of peak height and concentration of the anions mentioned above were obtained with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.999 1 to 0. 999 7. Detection limit (μg·L^-1) were found as 2. 75 (for F- ), 4. 71 (for Cl^- ), 9. 43 (for NO2^- ), 11.1 (for PC4^3- ), 30. 0 (for NO3^- ) and 22. 4 (for SO4^2- ). Precision of the method was tested using mixed standard solution of the 6 anions with 5 successive determinations, giving values of RSD≤0.94%. Test for recovery was performed by the standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 96.4%-102.3%.
