摘要
SUS301不锈钢在冷轧过程中表面经常出现点状缺陷及裂纹。调查发现,该缺陷由晶间腐蚀造成,提高冷轧中间退火温度可以一定程度上消除缺陷,而设计合理的热轧卷取温度是避免产生该缺陷的根本措施。
During the cool rolling process of SUS301 stainless steel, the punctual flaws and cracks are often observed. Intergranular corrosion cause the flaws. Increasing the temperature annealing during the cool rolling can avoid the flaws parcel on some extent. Buts electing the suitable whirling temperature is the primary method to prevent above defects.
