有机玻璃在典型环境下的老化性能 被引量:2

摘要 在热空气(50℃)、湿热(50℃,85%R.H.)、紫外光(50℃,131 nm)、自来水(50℃)和盐水(3%NaCl,50℃)五种条件下对有机玻璃做了70d(天)左右的人工加速老化试验,然后对不同环境和不同老化时间的有机玻璃试样进行了力学性能测试,并进一步利用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)等手段,分析了老化前后有机玻璃试样的结构和组成差异,结合老化前后有机玻璃力学性能的变化,揭示了有机玻璃在五种条件下的老化规律和老化机理。 The accelerated aging experiments for perspex specimens have been conducted for 70 days under the conditions of heat air (50 ℃) and hygrotherm air (50℃ ,relative humidity 85%) and ultraviolet (50℃, 313 nm wavelength) and tap water (50 ℃) and brine (50 ℃, 3% NaCl Solution). The macro-mechanical characteristics of perspex were tested at different time during the experiments in different environment, and structure difference were analyzed between samples before aging and after aging by methods of GPC and DSC. Combined with the mechanical data, the aging rule and aging mechanisms for perspex in above typical environment were clarified qualitatively.
