摘要
面对现有概念设计方法创新层次和可操作性时常不能兼顾的困境,合理地将可拓学的冲突解决理论和生物生长中的中心法则引入概念设计过程中,以多层次产品分解粒度作为设计信息表达载体,借助可拓变换的推理机制提出了一种多层次可拓基因推理的概念设计方法,较好地解决了兼顾问题。讨论了设计方法的总体框架和相应原型系统,实例化地验证了方法和系统的可行性。
After summarizing the defects of the existing conceptual design methods, this paper proposed extension theory and central principle on the process of conceptual design. Adopting the multi-layers decomposing units as the medium to express the design information and asking for the help of extension matter-element to describe the design process model formally, it put forward a new conceptual design method based on multi-layers extension matter-element gene. The method not only made the design process possess favorable practicability but also located the innovation of new product at a higher layer. Then, established the architecture of design method and discussed the evaluation processes. Ultimately, built a prototype system assisting conceptual design based on the method and used a retarder instance to verify its feasibility.
