The develop of mobile multimedia broadcast in China is now just at the beginning. This paper introduces the two popular standards of multimedia broadcast transmission, T - DMB and DVB - H, which give rise to much controversy. This paper analyzes their system capacity, the mobile receiving performance, the receiving sensitivity, the ability of interference resisting, the mode and cost of single frequency network and the electricity saving performance of the terminal. Then the paper gives the conclusion of their applicability.
