摘要 介绍了如何运用企业流程再造的理念和方法,借助信息技术,对原有出院流程进行重组再造,构建安全、准确、高效、流畅的住院病人出院流程,有效提高工作效率和病人满意度,改善服务质量。同时介绍了具体的改造方法和实践经验。 Describes the reengineering and reforming original discharge procedure and constructing safe, correct, effective and smooth discharge procedure to improve work efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction and raise service quality, Meanwhile, introduces the concrete practice experiences.
