摘要
对超声波法辅助提取松仁蛋白的工艺进行了研究,得到了超声波辅提松仁蛋白的最佳工艺条件:液料比10∶1,提取时间15min,提取功率900W,在此工艺条件下松仁蛋白提取率为97.645%。此法与常规的碱提酸沉法比较,缩短了很长的提取时间,而且大大提高了蛋白质的提取率。
This text studied the technical conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction for Protein of Pine kernel. It was concluded that the optimal condition of extraction is ultrasound treatment for 15min at power of 900W,material: fluid was 1 : 10. Under this condition the extraction rate is 97. 645%. Compared with alkali method extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction can shorten the extraction time, and improve yield of pine seed protein.
